A. Finesse Leisure Partnership has been created  in partnership with Welwyn Hatfield Council to deliver, through a Management Agreement, leisure objectives in the Cultural Strategy,  which include:
· Creation of sustainable jobs and inward investment
· Local community regeneration
· Pricing and promotion to balance contribution to costs from visitors too the area
· Support and access to disadvantaged, socially excluded targeted groups
· Promote the benefits of healthy living
This will be best achieved through the fundamental principles of sound financial and operational management whilst retaining a community and customer focus and having staff who feel valued and enjoy a feeling of ownership
